Overview

The Henry A. Panasci Jr. Endowment, the University at Buffalo School of Management and the University at Buffalo Office of Science, Technology Transfer and Economic Outreach (STOR), have established a business plan writing competition called the Henry A. Panasci Jr. Technology Entrepreneurship Competition or Panasci TEC . The purpose of this competition is to facilitate and promote the commercialization of UB-generated technologies. Its purpose is also to provide a mechanism for bringing graduate-level students from different disciplines together with MBA students to maximize their business and scientific potential to create viable businesses in Western New York .

The university is primarily seeking participants whose innovative ideas are in the technology, life sciences and engineering industries. Due to the unique nature of these industries, we anticipate that the participant's concepts will be at the earliest stages of development, yet embrace sound technologies and innovations.
