The CRC assists students in developing their career plans, finding internships and conducting their search for permanent employment opportunities. In addition to these services, the CRC also offers the following resources:
To review your job search strategy or career plan, speak to a member of the CRC staff. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. Quick Question sessions are open office hours for the Career Resource Center, where you can meet with a Career Advisor without having an appointment. Come in with your career-related questions and get the answers you need. Quick Question Sessions will resume in the spring semester Monday-Thursday from 1 - 2 p.m. beginning Monday, January 24, 2011.
The CRC staff teaches an undergraduate course called Career Strategies, Planning and Management.
Use our national employer directories, career guides and other library resources to help you in your job search.
School of Management students have access to the CRC fax machine and a private telephone for use in contacting employers and mentors. Computers with Internet access and laser printers are available to assist in your job search and résumé preparation, and are found in the Jacobs Computer Lab, Room 210.
Find out about our award-winning interview program, schedule a practice interview or become a volunteer practice interviewer.
Drop-off your résumé and cover letter in 308 Alfiero for critique. Students are then able to pick-up written feedback or schedule an individual appointment with one of our Career Advisors to discuss the suggestions.
