Recruit Interns

Recruit talented students for internships or part-time employment. Using an internship as a recruiting tool is a low-risk/high-return endeavor for your company.

There is no better way to offer learning opportunities, assess potential employment prospects or supplement your work force than through internships, which are “win/win” situations for you and our students. Our MBA, MS and undergraduate students are enthusiastic about applying their knowledge and skills to your "real-world" environment. As an added benefit, organizations receive heightened visibility when students return to campus and serve as company ambassadors.

There are two offices to assist you with your internship needs – the Career Resource Center and Credit-Bearing Internship Program. Employers can post positions through BizLink for both offices to ensure greater exposure to the best candidates.

  • Career Resource Center

If you are looking to recruit candidates for paid internships, co-ops or part-time employment, the Career Resource Center offers both on-campus and off-campus recruitment options.

  • Credit-Bearing Internship Program

Credit-bearing internships can be paid or unpaid, and students receive 3 academic credits for an experience that combines hands-on work with classroom knowledge. Interns must complete a minimum of 150 hours of service to the employer in addition to completing academic assignments as required by the school. Internships must meet certain criteria to qualify for credit.
