Who Can Apply

  • School of Management undergraduate students of all levels
  • Graduate students in the MBA, MS Finance, MS Management Information Systems and MS Accounting programs

Application Deadline

June 1 is the deadline for fall programs and October 15 is the deadline for winter and spring programs. To apply to any of the Experience the 50 programs, send an email to mgt-globalprograms@buffalo.edu with the subject line: Experience the 50.

Next Program

All Experience the 50 programs are a 1-credit course that caps off with an experiential learning trip. If you are accepted, we will force-register you for the course, which meets several times during the semester prior to departure. Travel dates and locations for the 2019-20 academic year are as follows:

  • East Coast Tech Trek in Boston, MA: Oct. 3-6, 2019
  • Industry and Culture in Chicago, IL: Oct. 3-6, 2019
  • Disney: Business in Practice in Orlando, FL: Nov. 6-10, 2019
  • West Coast Tech Trek in San Francisco, CA: Jan. 12-17, 2020
  • IT and Finance in Seattle, WA: Mar. 18-21, 2020 *MIS and MSF students only
  • Accounting and Finance in Washington, D.C.: Mar. 18-21, 2020
