MBA Team Consulting Projects

Teams of MBA students, under the supervision of faculty, staff and employers, collaborated on practical, real-world projects designed to assist local government, nonprofit and private organizations with their business-related needs. Some of the most recent projects involved developing a marketing plan, conducting market research, strengthening the process of client feedback, producing an outcome assessment system and teambuilding activities for local organizations. Students receive valuable experience and academic credit for their work as a part of their curriculum, while organizations are able to complete intensive projects that they otherwise could not complete.
