If you represent a nonprofit community agency and are interested in working with School of Management students, faculty or staff, please consider the following:
Each fall, the School of Management works with the UB Center for Student Leadership and Community Engagement to host an event in which community-based nonprofit agencies meet students, student club leaders, faculty and staff who are interested in sharing their time and talents with the community.
Reduce costs, extend your reach and eliminate inconsistencies in the delivery of your training and education programs by using digital video technology. This free service is available to nonprofit agencies through our partnership with the Not For Profit Resource Center.
Through project-based work at your agency, School of Management students can receive academic credit, learn critical business skills and assist you in achieving your organization’s mission.
To engage student volunteers in a particular event or activity, you may contact a School of Management student club officer directly.
Would you like to recognize an alumnus of the UB School of Management who has helped your agency in an exceptional way? If so, nominate him or her for a School of Management Alumni Association Achievement Award for Community Service.
To discuss how the UB School of Management might be able to assist your agency, contact Cynthia Shore, senior assistant dean, Alumni & External Relations, at 716-645-3226.
