Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsor an Event

Countless opportunities exist for organizations and their representatives to create a campus presence by sponsoring or funding a School of Management event. Partnerships provide the opportunity to reach UB faculty and leadership, researchers, alumni, business and industry leaders and professionals, affiliated corporate peers and UB students.

Examples of events that are often partially or fully funded by a sponsoring organization include the following:

  • Network Buffalo and Network New York

School of Management student and alumni networking events are held in Buffalo and New York City each year, and include 100-150 attendees

  • MBA Career and Case Competitions

Annual competitions are typically funded and judged by one or more corporate sponsors

  • Leadership Development Program

A selective program for undergraduate students that focuses on the development and application of communication, leadership, teamwork and project management skills through service learning experiences

  • School of Management Alumni Association Golf Outing

Attended by alumni and friends of the school, and often include a sold-out crowd of 120 participants. Numerous sponsorship opportunities are available each year

  • Career Fairs

Held in partnership with the school’s Career Resource Center, these events bring companies to campus to facilitate projects, internships and permanent job opportunities

  • Speaker Series

Several speaker series take place each year for various audiences offering a number of opportunities for company sponsorship

The cost of sponsoring each event varies. To discuss School of Management sponsorship opportunities, contact Cynthia Shore, assistant dean, Corporate and Community Relations, at 716-645-3226.
